Industrial safety inductions are often ignored due to "compliance fatigue." For Pilbara Minerals, we threw out the corporate playbook and created a suite of humerous character-led static cartoons and posters, along with supporting onboarding animations for their E-learning LMS. By injecting personality into the pit, we created an onboarding experience that site staff actually remember.

Head Office specialises in creating memorable health and safety (OHS) content for the Australian mining, oil & gas, and construction sectors. For Pilbara Minerals, we developed a fresh approach to staff and visitor onboarding by moving away from dry, traditional explainers.
We crafted a bespoke cast of brand characters to guide users through essential safety protocols. Developed in close partnership with the Pilbara Minerals OHS team, these characters evolved from e-learning assets into on-site safety mascots, fostering a positive safety culture and significantly improving information retention across the workforce.
